Laurie’s review published on Letterboxd:
(got a "virtual screening" link)
First part (the 1666 one) is SO GOOD. Second part (back to 1994) is okay. There was an overabundance of flashbacks to the two previous films and I guess it was a good idea for the original release plan of the trilogy (one film per month in theaters) but for a Netflix release... those are films I've seen a week ago and can rewatch whenever I want, showing me what happened just feels redundant.
Might be a tad disappointed in the resolution of the trilogy, that I find to be too easy, but I might change my mind on a rewatch.
For now, 1994 is still my fav, but very closely followed by this one.
