Aaron Michael’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of the best horror movies of all time. Carpenter's use of suspense is incredible and helps this stand out from the crowd. There's a lot more to this film than just being a standard slasher flick - the sociopolitical statement that the film makes against the culture of white America in the late 1970s/early 1980s is something that still rings true today.
