It's...fine. Not bothered by the historical accuracy of the Russian roulette scenes, it's a movie, not a documentary. But then the whole thing never fully came together as I was hoping it would.

Impossible to take my eyes off John Cazale though.
I went into this movie blind because it worked out time-wise and didn't realise it was a faith movie until they all started singing about 10 minutes in and I realised I'd made a huge mistake.
It's not good and everyone's acting is turned up to 125% to the point of distraction. However, the production of it was really excellent. For a relatively larger-scale movie, nothing looked or felt cheap or like they were cutting corners at all.
