The sounds of unsaid thoughts make the most beautiful harmonies

I love how Renoir weaves characters in and out of his seamless shots, creating a bizarre and energetic satire about upper class French society.

There is so much if this that I didn’t get, and will definitely need to pick it up on multiple rewatches, but boy did I love the score and visuals.

Truly phenomenal

Darren Aronofsky is quickly shaping up to be one of my favorite directors. Can’t wait to see what other dark, twisted, anxiety inducing nightmares he has in store.
