  The fact that I can watch The Thing for the first time in 2023, 40 years after it’s release date (almost half a century!) and consider it phenomenal by today’s standards is crazy to me.   This is an atrocious film that earned a disturbingly large amount of laugh out loud moments. I love seeing these actors completely let loose and make something fun. Steve Buscemi and Julie Bowen are always so 🆒 and 🆓
