  I have been looking forward to this for ages. I’ve been counting down the weeks until Marriage Story was released and oh boy, it was good.

  I’ve only watched one of Noah Baumbachs films and after this I know i will be watching more.  He crafts such a raw and moving script with some comedic moments that also worked very well.

  Wow, I thought this would never top Taxi driver but somehow it did. Obviously the 3hr 30min runtime is quite intimidating but it kept me engaged. This is definitely one of the best films of the year. Robert De Niro is great, Joe Pesci is fantastic and Al Pacino is on another level. He got to be one of my favourite characters in film now. I would have liked to see more of Harvey Keitel as Angelo…
