71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance 1994
In true Haneke fashion, there's no way out, no hope, just (mostly) misery and eventual death. The style works quite well by depicting these different lives. Only Haneke's obvious obsessions with TV/news violence drag the film down a little bit.

Milk Money 1994
The stupidity of this film knows no bounds. From the very first scene, where three boys talk about sexuality like no boys of any age have ever talked about sexuality, the film stumbles along with its inane premise, getting more stupid by the second. The way it portrays women and men and everything is baffling at best. Ed Harris somehow manages to come off as good in this mess, but you have to question his willingness to take part in it at all.
