Taika Waititi wrote and directed this as well as playing a main role. His films are gritty and real as well as fantastical and humorous.

It takes place in a rural town in 1984 NZ. The main character 'Boy' is the lead 11 year old character who is left in charge of his younger brother and several other young children while his grandmother goes to a funeral. Boy's dad shows up back from prison looking for the money he buried…

I can see why some would find it hard to follow, but for it was an absolute spectacle and had everything I wanted in a movie. Quentin Tarantino begins his illustrious filmmaking career with a bang. Reservoir Dogs is a terrifically articulated story with unique motifs that have grown to become specific to his directing style. This movie is perfect in so many ways, you get hooked on from the start because that first 20 mins was one of the best things I’ve seen.

I really can’t decide between The Dark Knight and The Batman. Paul Dano did a good job as The Riddler but Heath Ledger’s Joker does not compare to him.

This movie also makes me think Batman is in the shadows where ever I go. Robert Pattinson definitely killed this role.

I want to wipe this movie from my mind so I can experience this emotion, evoking visually beautiful masterpiece.
