BALADA SI ROY (Fajar Nugros, 2023) delivers an eclectic tale of self-discovery & male ego with enticing 80s aesthetics plus HAI magazine machismo in a journey that feels too episodic & disjointed to get invested to. Would’ve been more enjoyable if it’s a series. (2.5/4)
