Well, just finished this, but my head still hurts a little so I don't want to write too much. Can't believe I just watched this for 4 hours, wtf.
Zack Snyder's Justice League is definitely an improvement over the miscreation that is 2017s Justice League. With a 4 hour runtime, this cut takes the much needed time to build up the characters, especially The Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman. Besides that I can't really compare it to the "Original", because I tried to forget it as soon as I left the cinema back then, but I can compare it to other superhero movies.
Like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, this new Justice League feels very different from Marvel movies, it's darker and more serious, which I already liked about BvS.
The harsh and expected reality, even though I do admire some ideas and would love to see them expanded, is that the Snyder Cut is not that different from Joss Whedons version. Yes, there's more time to explain and show us a lot more, two hours more time to be exact.
If you're a dick you could say they "just" added 2 hours of material to a shitty movie. Did that make it better? Yes. Is it good now? Uhhhm, can we just stick with better please?
