Don't know who Phil Pitzer is?

Phil Pitzer wrote and starred in Easy Rider 2: The Ride Back.

Now I know what you're thinking. Why the fuck would anyone make an Easy Rider 2 sequel?

Because it absolutely needed to be made.

It's the greatest movie since The Room.

See, Pitzer is a lawyer who thought "Man, why hasn't anyone made an Easy Rider sequel? Every successful, classic movie is just waiting on becoming a franchise!" That's an exaggeration, but he actually said that last part in an interview.

So what does he do? He sues the makers of the original and whatdya know it, he wins the case and makes his passion project. What an inspirational story, huh?

This man is literally an American version of Tommy Wiseau. Read this and watch this if you don't believe me.

And the film. WHAT A FILM.

Easy Rider: The Ride Back is your favorite guilty pleasure waiting to be seen.

The most unnatural acting followed by unnatural exposition, ludicrous moments, God awful soundtrack, and laughably bad dialogue/lines. Very hard not to like this one. Just like The Room, it must be seen to be believed.

And what does Phil Pitzer think of the response to Easy Rider 2?

"I think we nailed it."

What an auteur.

Easy Rider 2 should be well on its way to being a classic one day.

This is one of the greatest movies ever made. I'm so glad that it and Phil Pitzer exist.
