phenomenal. both daniel kaluuya and lakeith stanfield knocked it out of the park and I’m praying for a kaluuya best supporting actor win.
insulting I think that this wasn’t nominated for best production design - it portrayed the sixties so vibrantly with the costume, sound and set design. set during a similar time to trial of Chicago 7 but was just way more interesting and engaging. I’ve got four favourites for the best picture Oscar (this, minari, sound of metal and the father) that I can hardly choose between, but if I was forced to pick a favourite, I think I’d choose Judas and the black messiah
