Torchwood: Miracle Day

Torchwood: Miracle Day ★★★½

Of course it fails to top '' Children of earth '' and has a lot of flaws but the heart and passion is still there. Russell T. Davies crafts a compelling story with a good amount of twists and new interesting (most of them) characters.
The scale and global threat is still well represented in this season and they exploit most of the themes that need to be discussed.
Gwen Cooper and Jack Harkness are still great characters and among the new ones I found Oswald Danes pretty interesting.
The biggest issue for me was the music (lack of Murray Gold) and it was maybe a little too '' american '' if that makes sense.
But overall it was a great season and I wish there will be more of Torchwood in a near future..
