C'mon C'mon

C'mon C'mon ★★★★½

such a good feel for the soft spots of human interaction, the weaknesses making our relationships so hard but are necessary to acknowledge and work with. captured beautifully in an elliptical style this is a masterpiece of telling the stories in between, of the subtle twitches of human togetherness, of intergenerational dilemma.

flows very naturally and needless to say all actors involved doing a tremendous job, from the small gestures of McNairy to the epic chemistry between Norman and Phoenix. had a tear in the eye chamber waiting to break his way into freedom for 100 minutes and what should i say... it did pretty successfully once the credits hit.
