Watched as part of The Film Club.

It’s probably been a good 8 years since I watched this for the first time. I was 15 then and definitely didn’t appreciate like I do now. I think this is one of the best Film Club movies yet and still holds up 18 years later and a rewatch 8 years after the fact. The plot is surprisingly easy to follow, even with some really complex elements at play. Some scenes are repeated multiple times with different context and it’s honestly an achievement in editing, writing, and directing. This is a near perfect movie.
