Shazam! Fury of the Gods 2023
This was fine, I think what separates this and the original is billy himself, it was a film about him this felt like a Zachary Levi lead justice league parody, billy was probably in the film for a total of 15 minutes, you need the balance of this kid trying to be a superhero, it’s what Spider-Man excelled at for decades, otherwise what’s the point of the character, I think if DC played this well this could’ve been their Spider-Man…
