    Seen a few times now.

    Something about those newlyweds always compel me to return. The way he touches her face and she ruffles his hair, so gently, nervously, curiously: just a tiny moment of intimacy. Maybe one minute of kindness in the entire rotten run-time. The rest of the movie is sex. Sex is power, intimacy is empathy. You see it wither away as quickly as it came. Pun intended.

    A comforting hand on the knee or a dastardly grasp at the crotch.
