This was one of those films that left me so frustrated at the end and it was only leaving it and then replaying it in my head, that I then realized how emotionally impacted I was by it. The performances by the two leads made this enjoyable while watching it. There was a slow beginning that made me wonder what the hype had been all about, then a tension set in and it kept at me, no matter how small an incident seemed. My only problem with the film was the use of the flashing lights during the “rave” part of it. I feel sometimes a filmmaker uses the strobe effect when they’re unsure where the story is at that point.
