The Devil's Advocate 1997
The McDonaldsification of Rosemary’s Baby. Al Pacino chews the scenery, Keanu Reeves tries to keep a consistent Southern accent, and a whole lotta dumb shit goes down. Very well-directed overall but definitely could’ve used a better script.

Another Round 2020
Damn, Mads sure got the moves! Seriously, though, this film is a really fantastic exploration of drinking culture and how it literary consumes people's lives. As someone who struggles with emotional/compulsive eating as a way to cope with reality, I resonate with films that explore addictive behaviors and how they affect individuals. A lot of the commentary about alcoholism hits hard emotionally, even if it's a tad bit on the nose. There are so many fantastic performances here, especially Mads. Top that with nice cinematography and great music. It's not quite on the level of The Hunt, yet this is still a great achievement in filmmaking.
