Jeremy Milks’s review published on Letterboxd:
Witch horror that plays out like a classic American slasher. Has that mean-spiritedness and flat tone of the early 80's slasher with a good dose of Italian supernatural atmosphere and a killer one-trick score that is strangely similar to one of the Deep Red themes. Lots of inventive kills, some of them completely ridiculous, like the severed head in a microwave that explodes randomly. I'd seen this a few years ago but it still managed to seem unpredictable and nasty this time around. Would make a good double-bill with Fulci's House By The Cemetery.
