Jim Raison’s review published on Letterboxd:
My first rewatch of this masterpiece, got to introduce it to some of my best friends, which I was very happy about for the whole runtime. Browsing through the popular reviews here a constant complaint is the runtime and the pacing, I simply can't connect with that assessment. Three hours just breezes past for me. Every scene with Brando is magnificent. Gordon Willis' cinematography captures so much beauty and tragedy. Just like after my first viewing I'll have everything about this film running through my head for days.
