I reviewed this last year so I won't talk to much about it. This is one of my favorite Christmas movie and movies from the 80's. The soundtrack is great. The story is great. Sure there are plot holes in the rules, the most noticeable being when does it stop being after midnight. However this movie is so darn fun so I don't mind stuff like that. It can easily be overlooked. There are some background jokes that are fun to look for on rewatchings. The gremlins look cool and they are well shot. They don't look too fake. This is just a great Christmas film. Well worth a watch.
