    The film adaptation of the Broadway musical adaptation of the film adaptation of a book. For as much adapting has supposedly taken place, it still sticks far too close to the 2004 film for its own good.

    The big difference of course is that it’s musical, but the story, script and jokes are essentially the same. They just mashed a song into the film every 10 minutes. Β

    I loved #TheFlash! It was everything I hoped it would be. It's a blast while still having melancholy undertones. The setup, story, and stakes are both personal and epic. As someone whose earliest memory at the theater was Batman '89, seeing Keaton again was special.
