This portrays addiction and mental illness in ways other films haven't even come close to.
Fassbender is great as always (and dude, hire a new agent, The Snowman is almost irredeemable), but Mulligan steals every scene she is in and is easily the brightest and most underappeeciated talent of her generation.
Steve McQueen can be my father if he wants to. What a master!
