  It’s a miracle how good this movie is considering it’s not really a complete story.

  Some of the best animation and superhero action to hit the big screen in a long, long time, with some really strong themes and character moments on top of all that.

  Disobedience was very, very boring.

  Yes, it was paced slowly, but it’s more than that. Everything in the entire movie - from the colors to the costumes to the performances to the dialogue - just seems so muted. It’s extremely dull, and it honestly just seems unartistic. Maybe unartistic is the wrong word...more like uninspired.

  This isn’t really mind kind of movie, but I was at least hoping to get something out of it. I didn’t. It’s not offensively awful, but it’s just so bland.

  Dog City is an enigma.
