This being the first marvel film I’d seen in theatres since end game I was hoping the new phase would breathe fresh air into these standalone films, in the same way the Disney + shows, especially Wanda Vision, have done so well.

This is a really great film far better than I ever remembered it being. When watching this triooogy I anticipated the first would be a slog to get though and then the Matt Reeves directed sequels would be great. What I found however was a uniquely crafted first entry into a trilogy that tells a wholly original story with themes that hit me deeply making me question what it means to be human.

That being said after a few scenes the effects seem to settle and become unnoticeable,…

Star by name, star by nature.

A star is born achieves everything it sets to do and more. Upon watching this initially I expected a typical romantic film that blasts through cinemas for gathering a cool 500m dollars until the next clone comes around. Bradley Coopers A Star Is Born however surpasses all pre conceptions I had with a wonderful entanglement of talent, love, substance abuse and more.

The narrative this film drives stars Bradley Cooper playing musical superstar Jackson…
