This movie is bonkers. Every time you think you've reached the level of what's normal it ups the ante.
If you watch this you'd think half of South Koreans are serial killers. As in what are the odds of one serial killer being friends with a couple who are also serial killers and he is attacked by a third serial killer randomly?
There is a point where things are so over the top that you start getting diminishing returns especially if you're not going for camp or comedy and this movie suffers from some of that. It goes from serious to crazy to a bit too much.
Still, a good movie overall. Choi Min-Sik is great again.
