Sandeep Reddy Vanga has a knack for telling interesting stories, his major shortcoming is falling into typical Bollywood clichΓ©s in doing so. While Kabir Singh could've been a lot better by focussing on character's anger issues without choosing to resolve plot in that stupid way; ANIMAL on the other hand completely sticks the landing, only for the post credit scene (unnecessary and imparts a cheap shock value) to arrive and leaveβ¦

John Wooβs return to American cinema in over 20 years, Silent Night, is a disappointing misfire. With a good concept on paper, the film decides to have no dialogue at all except from things heard in diegetic mediums like the radio or TV. The Bad Guys A Very Bad Holiday lacks the charm of the original film (and book series) and instead opts to have the main set of characters focus on the heist aspect of their profession over their being a villain. These characters actually go as far to save the day (despite being bad people at the point of the story).

The Marvels excels in many areas but also fails in many areas. Its chemistry between its three main leads and Nick Fury really provide a nice fun core to the film and a nice foundation to build upon. The issue here is that not much is built upon and due to the fast paced nature of the film, you're comprehending the next thing before you can finish the last.
