I have never enjoyed a film so much before. ESPECIALLY the writing. The writing is like music to my ears. Pedro Pascal is an excellent actor and I cannot get enough of his acting. This movie is also filmed in the Hoh Rainforest which is close to home, so it feels familiar. I love it more because of the color scheme and just.....aaa!!!! Everything!!!!

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I’m having a difficult time processing Oppenheimer… It was an extremely uncomfortable film and yet done in an artistic way (practical effects, storytelling, and cinematography wise) and I enjoyed the Nolan’s exploration of a man’s life (his words) through a “horror” film. This was not a biopic at all— but rather a journey through Robert Oppenheimer’s mind and it was not a comfortable place to be in.

The scene after the Trinity Test will stick with me forever. Robert’s trauma…
