Rewatched this at 8 a.m. and dare I say, worth it.
I've never understood the politics of shame and I don't think I ever will. I just know shame is some kind of complex waste that can't be incinerated or buried; it is reused and recycled but given away, it poisons, kept, it poisons more, so where does it go? It lurks and slinks and on the rare occasion, it decomposes or evaporates. Maybe it smells like puke and then like puke in a gardenia patch. I don't know.
Side note: always a fan of Michael's Marlene Dietrich poster in the kitchen <3
