Just a guy trying not to develop any parasocial relationships.
The lead girl is fantastic for her age and I love the idea of taking the Son of Saul aesthetic and moving it from Auschwitz to an elementary school. Unfortunately, even at 72 minutes it doesn't feel like there was enough story mapped out to warrant that run time. It feels more like the same beats repeated over and over again. There's an escalation of stakes but the dynamics are for the most part very static.
