I've been an asshole. Not just today, but in general.
I have no personal knowledge of how police dispatch centers operate, but I'm absolutely willing to bet Jake Gyllenhaal visited his agents office and took notes on how Hollywood execs roll through phone calls because holy moly is that what it's like.
Overall, it felt like the kind of stripped down movie that was produced just because it was convenient for covid restrictions, instead of being the topical character-driven piece that it could have been. I probably should've just watched the original Danish version instead.
