A heartwarming tale of a man and a dog in a post apocalyptic world, wherein he builds a robot called 'Jeff' with a few core directives.
Along the way 'Finch' helps 'Jeff' learn the true meaning of friendship to humanity and everything in between.
Tom Hanks puts on another good performance as the titular role, especially as he has to carry most of the film as the only actor, just shows how good his acting chops are.
In terms of the connect 'Jeff' as much as it's CG, manages to be on the same level as Hanks which ultimately brings a smile to you're face.
