The one where hate to be the guy but all the American remakes our better 🤠
🍿 Disclaimer: BFI transfer for this film to bluray is rubbish I've seen films from the 20s that look better than this
Somone has pressed the fast forward button on some of the action👇 ratio of 1.37 : 1 loses a lot of the Cinematic effect. The whole thing feels like a 3 hour tv special. the action not very well choreographed just people running around, Mifune was far over the top! Not much of a wild card, stick a red nose on him and he was a clown 🤡 but the rest of the 6 was excellent Takashi Shimura makes me want to watch Ikiru, but favourite was expet swordsman, story is a classic, build up to the action is better then the action with well through out plans of attack, some excellent lighting with fire🔥 night sceans really worked for me, amothone with the rain and mud for the last stand 👌Elements of film our in are dna without knowing it, just like Shakespeare. You can see the influence it's had on people everywhere even my Fav ocean's eleven
