Barbie 2023
Good movie. Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling were fantastic. Loved everything in Barbie Land, but once characters go to the real world the pacing starts to feel off. Some of the jokes fall flat, and the movie has a tendency to tell the audience exactly what is going on while also showing them. The ending was beautiful, but seems to come out of nowhere.

Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) 2014
Love the way the story moves to a beat, building an anxious feeling within the viewer. Mirroring the emotions of the protagonist. Editing and cinematography is great, and Michael Keaton does an amazing job.
