Happy Together 1997
watched this completely wordless (no subs) which really just cemented how much of an amazing visual storyteller wong is, lowkey also added to the feeling of being lost in the movie. even without the script, happy together still manages to get under your skin, feel the love between the two leads and their dependence towards each other. the needle drop hit me more than the initial watch, i think a lot of stuff did. only reason it's not a 10 is because i need to be in the mood to watch this again.
