Rosie’s review published on Letterboxd:
I should have checked the reviews for this before watching, it's the worst horror anthology installment from the V/H/S series. The main story is about a couple who wants fame by trying to make trendy videos, so when there's a police chase close by, they run after it to capture the ultimate viral video but it goes sideways. What a mess. There were three fully edited found footages, the first one is about a magician, it’s lame with crappy CGI, the second one is a mirror universe, I probably like this one the most, it’s weird AF, the last ones about delinquents traveling to Tijuana to skateboard encounters an evil cult. The first and second films had a way of discovering these VHS footages, but these segments were just thrown in randomly with the wraparound (main) story. They don't connect and I didn't care about the message. Tons of static and glitches just to make it seem like they were found footages. And it's not even scary. Ended up with a headache after watching this.
