Romario De la Rosa’s review published on Letterboxd:
Temple of Doom is incredibly amazing and fun and at the same time ridiculous and silly.
Steven Spielberg is a master of the blockbusters. The action scenes are both wonderful and fun, and you hardly ever see them these days. Harrison Ford is equally wonderful, he was born for this character, it would be very difficult to see another person playing him.
In spite of this the movie is completely over the top, mainly Kate Capshaw she as a willie is one of the least believable characters ever made. The story can be silly at times and the tone of the film is all over the place. But in spite of this the movie never ceases to be a fun time.
