    All the big brained cinephiles are so quick to harp on about the influence of films such as Taxi Driver, The King of Comedy, Network, and News From Home on Todd Phillips' Joker. I haven't heard a single so-called cinephile put some respect on Ralph Handel, who is clearly the biggest influence on Joker, perhaps even to the point of plagiarism.

    Sad this is streaming only but it does seem to be the most talked about movie at the moment which is good, although I suppose a lot of that is due to loser snowflake nerds who are triggered by the Comanche warrior woman lead character.
