when it reaches emotional heights, it's a knockout. but the timeline-hopping makes the movie feels a bit uncomplete. an exploration of guilt, but not exactly something you haven't seen before. ben foster is really good though! committed and packed lots of pains in his performance. also, seeing vicky krieps doing literally anything is always a pleasant welcome.
