Air 2023
In its essence, Air is a film about believing in yourself and others. What are you prepared to lose if you wholeheartedly believe in something and decide to act on it, even if everyone else tells you it can’t be done. One of the only drawbacks of the film is an aspect which cannot be solved, and that is the fact that we know Michael Jordan signed with Nike, and the risk-taking from Sonny Vaccaro was always going to end in success.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods 2023
I hate to think about what we could have had versus what we got, but my mind can’t escape the fact that Shazam and Black Adam haven’t faced off on the big screen. With two Shazam films and a solo Black Adam film, it is the DCU’s biggest missed opportunity

The Batman 2022
The Batman is both new and fresh. Those words seem hard to fathom when we are talking about a comic book movie and especially a Batman movie. However, Matt Reeves has managed to do just that. Both in the story and visually, this felt like no Batman movie we have seen before. It felt more psychological thriller than comic book movie and as every scene went by it went from strength to strength.
