Bryan Ray’s review published on Letterboxd:
A riveting - and deeply saddening - cinematic experience. Beautifully shot, scored, and directed. The drama of the story is engulfing, and the gritty “war” moments feel tangible and brutal. The violence doesn’t hold back. While - structurally - the film can feel a bit repetitive at times, Stanfield and Kaluuya absolutely shine in every moment. An extremely well written film told through the point of view of a man trapped between clashing entities. Best film of 2021 thus far!
