This is definitely not as good as I remember it being, but it’s not all bad. My main problem watching it this time was the pacing. This movie meanders like nothing I’ve ever seen. There is so much fluff that immediately stops any kind of effective pacing that might have been there, especially in the pod racing scenes which went on for way too long.

The lightsaber fight at the end is always really great though, and Jar Jar was surprisingly more tolerable than the last time I saw this
