Enough has been said about this movie, it has shades of the Truman Show and Ready Player one, but it offers a unique idea with an equally entertaining product! I loved the cast in this film, Joe Keery and Jodie Comer are fantastic, and Ryan Reynolds plays Ryan Reynolds to perfection. This film was also loaded with great laughs and some of the best cameos of the year! The only flaw I had was Taika Waititis over acting and cheesy lines,…

The trailer probably got me more hype than any other trailer has! Being a lifelong lover of the original Raimi trilogy, it was inevitable.

Also, I’ve been in the process of moving into my first home, the move is almost complete and I’m so excited to watch movies again in my new theatre set up! Stay tuned

Clever, surprising, funny, and had a lot to say. This movie was fantastic, it delivered on the praise it received and was able to tell a complete story in just 78 minutes, the pacing was impeccable! Great debut for this director, who told a story close to home, the passion for the subject exploded off the screen. Being set in the early 2000’s sets up some great moments, nostalgic comedy and also paved the way for a KILLER soundtrack! I love small independent films like this, the quality and vibes definitely feel like it should be under the A24 umbrella.
