Pixar is trying to gaslight the audience into thinking Lightyear was Andy's favorite movie in 1995 when everyone knows his favorite movie staring Buzz Lightyear was called Space Ranger because it had it marked on the spaceship box Buzz came in. Speaking of the box, why didn't they market this film by having 1995 style ads for a Buzz Lightyear toy and kids can buy the actual toy and spaceship box. If this was Andy's favorite movie and he bought the iconic Buzz toy from it, why didn't they recreate that experience for people that actually liked this mediocre movie?

The films fine but they really fucked up the marketing for this movie.
