Jerry McGlothlin’s review published on Letterboxd:
Probably the most impressive and astounding thing about Eye Myth is that it somehow feels even shorter than it actually is. It feels like one galvanic flash passing through from the screen into your mind in one swift motion. A vision of natural contemplation, like the kind we all have a countless number of, every waking moment of our lives. The fact that it took Brakhage a year to make this is pretty interesting, if not funny. While it didn’t affect me as much as it clearly has for others, it is certainly the most unique and idiosyncratic thing that I’ll see this week.
