  40 minutes of people talking on phones followed by 35 minutes of senseless explosions and five minutes in a hot tub. A sleazy Charlie's Angel's knockoff that is amazingly inept at all aspects of filmmaking.

  A must watch.

  Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle 2017

  A solid throwback to the type of blockbusters that were regularly in theaters 30 years ago. The orchestral score is perfect and stock characters have great moments of growth despite an almost saccharine ending. The video game references were pretty smart too, outside of a maddening Atari 2600 looking thing that has load times. Not a masterpiece by any stretch, but it is better than the first Jumanji and accomplishes everything it sets out to do. More popcorn movies should be like this.

  A great later day Seagal effort with moments of insane brilliance that you only get from his brand of action. Also, Seagal's partner dishes out wrestling moves for no apparent reason. Recommended.
