George Hickman’s review published on Letterboxd:
This movie should not be as good as it is and work as well as it does. It feels fairly standard in the first half, with it basically playing out like the Net except by spending so much time with the team surveiling the ostensible hero, you actually kind of get to like them. As soon as Gene Hackman is introduced the movie becomes something else entirely which helps to lead to one of the best third acts of Tony Scott and Jerry Bruckheimer's respective filmographies. I really dug this one.
