Blinded by the Light 2019
dad made me watch. very likable movie w/ super relatable springsteenian (lmao) themes. a very good introduction to springsteen for those who don’t know anything about him or his music. oddly enough i had an argument with my mom about what i wanted to do with my life right before watching this, and this helped me feel less alone in a way. also love the couple subtle jabs on morrissey lmfao. good on you gurinder chadha.

my dear friend has spent a decent majority of her time in our friendship trying to show me how awesome natasha lyonne is. thank you sylvia! i now really understand! perfect casting of leads. how kick ass was the soundtrack? also julie delpy is always just fantastic. so many funny one liners and overall hilarious while having consistently heart warming moments. great!
