One of the best examples of "hopeless cinema"
This is the longest film I have ever seen. I can't believe that's true because the pacing in this movie is probably the best I have ever seen. Not at one point in this movie I was bored. I have so much respect for Béla Tarr coming out of this movie.
The score for this movie was one of the best. Chilling and isolated. Powerful but discreet.
The cinematography is also a 👨🍳💋
I can't tell you how much I love this movie.
